Court Vision was built from lived experience.
As a former Division I athlete, NCAA Sweet 16 competitor, Illinois high school state champion, and Missouri Valley Conference champion at Southern Illinois University–Carbondale, I’ve seen the game from every angle — player, coach, recruiter, educator, and administrator.
Court Vision officially launched in 2017 with one mission:
Teach the game the right way and build complete athletes.
After years of watching families chase exposure without true development, I knew there had to be a better system. Court Vision became that system.
What started as individual skill workouts has grown into a comprehensive development platform serving athletes from beginners to college-bound competitors.
Today, Court Vision works alongside Next Level Blueprint and The Recruiting Blueprint book series — because skill development is only one piece of the puzzle.

Tony Young
CEO & Founder
Tony Young is more than a former Division I athlete — he is a mentor, educator, and Tony Young is a former NCAA Division I athlete, Sweet 16 competitor, state champion, and Missouri Valley Conference champion who has experienced the game at every level — as a player, recruiter, educator, and athletic administrator.
With advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and Special Education, Tony brings a rare combination of elite basketball experience and academic expertise to athlete development.
As the founder of Court Vision and Next Level Blueprint, Tony’s mission is simple: build complete athletes through structured skill development, character accountability, and clear recruiting education. His approach replaces hype with a proven system — helping athletes grow with confidence, discipline, and long-term direction.
